It’s great to be recognised for the hard work we put in to the business we are so passionate about.

The history of LuvCarpets

In 2011, after many years working for large flooring retailers Jack Keywood established Luv Carpets as there was an obvious gap in the market to offer a better service at a lower price without compromising quality.

Since starting our business we have gone from strength to strength, securing our reputation in the local area as a professional, reliable and trustworthy company providing excellent value for money whilst delivering first class customer service. That’s why the majority of our work is generated via word of mouth.

You have probably seen our vans driving around, had one of our leaflets through your door, seen us in your local doctors surgery, taken a ride in one of our sign-written taxis or even seen our roundabout sponsors.

We have an experienced team of fitters, fully trained to ensure the Luv Carpets brand is always up to Jack’s own personal standards ensuring a perfect fit every time.

Our Promise to you

We have a commitment to customer satisfaction and understand that flooring can be a large expense so we offer friendly, honest and impartial advice to ensure that you buy with confidence. Every job is treated with the same regard; smaller residential jobs and large commercial jobs both receive equal attention and care. Consequently, we are now recognised as an incomparable company who are reliable, efficient and offer a truly unrivalled approach to flooring.

Absolutely thrilled with my new bedroom carpets. The guys were lovely and friendly. They even moved our heavy wardrobes and put them back. We will definitely use LuvCarpets again as we like to support local companies. Thank you.
